Absolutely! While the main focus of Northern Paws Photography is to capture your pet’s essence and personality, we know how special it is to share moments together. Humans are always welcome to join in for a few shots.
Keep in mind that these sessions are designed to highlight your pet, so they’re not considered full family portraits. Sometimes when humans are involved, there’s more focus on how they look rather than helping their pet relax and pose , which can make it harder to capture those truly expressive moments.
That said, I also have experience photographing people and will gladly guide you to create natural and beautiful images of both of you. And if you're looking for a session more focused on the whole family, feel free to reach out, I’d love to plan it with you in advance!

Life happens—we understand! Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Your 50% deposit secures your time slot and is non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice.
Absolutely! Your pet’s comfort and safety come first. If it rains, we’ll happily reschedule for the next available dry day that works for you.
You’ll receive a preview gallery within 7 days after the session, so you can choose your favorite images. Once you've made your selection, the final edited photos will be delivered within 3–4 weeks. I take great care to edit each image with love and detail to ensure beautiful results you'll cherish forever.
That’s completely normal! I work with all types of personalities, from shy pups to energetic ones. Patience and positive vibes are key, and we’ll work at your dog’s pace
